Rochelle Bibby
Co-Founder + People Partner
Rochelle has worked in a range of consulting and in-house senior Human Resources partnering roles in Auckland, London and Melbourne, across diverse industries and organisations such as Sportsbet and Samsung.
Rochelle has extensive experience in developing and executing people and capability strategies, remuneration and organisational change. She is passionate about ensuring strategies, culture, and people align to create high performing teams and businesses.
Ciara Clifford
Co-Founder + People Partner
Ciara has extensive experience providing consulting services to organisations in technology and e-commerce. She has led global organisational change programs, recruitment teams and provided strategic and operational advice in Australia, Asia and Europe. Before moving back to Australia, Ciara worked as a HR Director at Deutsche Bank in London.
Ciara is passionate about enabling people to play to their strengths and is an accredited Strengths Profile practitioner.
Simone Garrad
Co-Founder + People Partner
Simone is an experienced HR Business Partner and has worked for Australian companies such as Medibank Private, Sensis and Australia Post. Simone has also led the People Culture function for a prominent not-for-profit business in Melbourne, defining and delivering their people strategy.
With a background in learning, development, and organisational change, Simone’s passion lies in partnering with businesses to create great employee experiences across the whole employee lifecycle.
